YOUR DEPLOYMENT

Your organisation.
A considered setup.

A good deployment starts with how you work: your services, your people, your responsibilities and the systems you already use.

Keep your identity.
Connect your operations.

Your public service website and your internal workspace have different jobs. They can remain separate.

Tendavie’s product website does not host your client records. A provider’s operational deployment maintains its own application configuration, database and access controls.

  1. 01

    Understand

Agree service scope, workflows, access roles and the modules you need.

  2. 02

    Prepare

Confirm hosting, SQL Server, domains, backups and email or payment integrations.

  3. 03

    Validate

Configure the environment, test workflows with suitable test records and agree acceptance.

  4. 04

    Operate

Agree ownership of updates, monitoring, support, recovery and ongoing administration.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer-controlled.
Carefully agreed.

Hosting & information

Customer-controlled hosting is the deployment model under discussion. Hosting location, security measures, data responsibilities and backup arrangements must be agreed before live records are introduced.

Access & integrations

Staff access is role-based. Email, SMS and payments rely on configured providers and their permissions. Charges and account ownership are agreed separately.

Commercial rollout

Central subscription management and automated licence activation are planned commercial services. They are not currently offered as a self-service purchase or activation workflow.

A few practical questions.

Will our clients visit tendavie.com to sign in?

No central customer login is offered on this product website. Users access the workspace address supplied by their own provider.

Can we keep our own public website?

Yes. Your service website can keep its domain, content and identity. Tendavie’s product website is a separate application and deployment.

Does the software make us CQC-compliant?

No. Software can support record-keeping and processes, but your organisation must determine applicable registration requirements and meet its own responsibilities.

Can we buy a subscription online now?

Not yet. Contact us to discuss suitability, deployment and commercial terms. No payment or licence is issued through this website.
